The most important part of our process is collecting the right data, not just any data. Moreover, data is not just numbers; it can be how people feel about those numbers or it could be how employees or customers feel about processes, which could go a long way in shedding insight into the numbers. We analyze the data collected to glean the appropriate knowledge. We consider this part of the process as our competitive differentiator as we place an emphasis on using intuition to ferret out the signal from the noise, which we believe not many people can accomplish.
