James has 20 plus years of success in multiple industries: capital markets- software development & SaaS, industrial water treatment, electronic manufacturing, and national defense performing multiple roles: financial, market, and strategic analysis; accounting; sales & marketing; and chemical, electrical, mechanical, and nuclear engineering in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations from startup to over $1 billion in revenue.

Some of James' successes include: 1. Published in-depth industry research, which conclusively demonstrated the strategic strengths and weaknesses of the major software business models and the impact to company valuation not previously documented (& known) industry wide; 2. Determined net present value (NPV) of individual business contracts of a seven year old software and services company and advised executives on contract pricing to improve overall profitability; and 3. Determined the leading causes that hindered reconciliation of the sales tax payable account for an eComm retail company with revenue in excess of $1 billion.
